How do i find you?
The sports shop INTERSPORT SPORT AM JET is located opposite the "Achter Jet" gondola lift in Flachau.
On the "A10 Tauern Autobahn", take the Flachau motorway exit, at the roundabout take the third exit towards the town center and after about 800 meters, turn right at the traffic lights towards the Achter Jet.

Where are the meeting points?
The meeting point is, normally, the main shop opposite the bottom station of the Achterjet gondola. If the meeting point for your Segway or mountain cart tour is somewhere else, you will be informed about this at the registration.
Does the Segway or mountain cart tour take place in all weather conditions?
The Segway and mountain cart tours take place in any weather. For your mountain cart tour, we can provide rainwear on request. The Segway and mountain cart are also bad weather programs.
What are the conditions of participating?
Information about the minimum age, number of participants, what equipment you should bring etc. can be found on the respective topic pages.
How old do I have to be for Segwaying or mountain carting?
The minimum age for riding a Segway is 12 or 10 years with a bicycle test and accompanied by an adult.
The minimum age for driving a mountain cart is 9 (the child must be able to reach the foot rests!)
Children under the age of 9 can ride their parents' mountain cart for free.

What is the duration of a Segway or mountain cart tour?
A Segway or mountain cart tour takes roughly 1.5 to 2 hours.
On the mountain cart tour, you will be given a short introduction after arrival about the sports equipment. Then the first downhill ride follows. Once back down, the shuttle bus will bring you back up to the starting point. Upon arrival we will take a short break in the mountain restaurant (food and drinks are not included in the price). Well-rested we then continue with your second ride.
For the Segway you will also be given a short introduction on how to use it, to make sure that you can steer safely, accelerate and break. During the Segway tour we will also take a short break to rest up a little.
